Senior consultant with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing technology solutions to improve institutional performance and regulatory compliance. At The Ergo Group, Inc., he leads MetisBPM configuration projects focused on regulatory improvement, impact analysis, and operational efficiency. He has worked on key initiatives in Mexico, the U.S., and Canada, including the Metis Regulatory Evaluation System for Canadian provinces and advisory efforts for Mexico’s Ministry of Economy. With a background in International Relations and training in CCMI for Services, he combines technical and business expertise to deliver structured, collaborative, and results-oriented solutions for institutional transformation.
