Project Manager and Senior Consultant with experience in public policy and strategic technology consulting. At The Ergo Group, she leads complex, high-impact initiatives for public sector clients, managing cross-functional teams to deliver insight-driven, operationally efficient solutions. Prior to this, she built a strong foundation in international tax consulting at KPMG Brazil, advising on corporate restructuring, M&A, and cross-border investments. Maria Luisa holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and is a certified member of the Brazilian Bar Association. Her professional path is enriched by academic exchanges in France at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris, training in design thinking methodologies, and advanced coursework in regulatory innovation, data science, as well as hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
